1. The type of purchase
Our Monthly ($39 for 1 month), Quarterly ($69 for 3 months), and Yearly ($99 for 12 months) offers are one-time payments for their stated periods—not automatically renewing subscriptions. Purchases are processed through Payhip. Sponlyra's public demo does not currently automatically create an account or activate paid access.
Before buying: confirm the specific product, the delivery method and when access will actually begin. A payment receipt alone does not unlock the POS workspace.
2. Discretionary change-of-mind requests
For digital access that was correctly described, delivered and materially used, we generally do not offer voluntary refunds merely because the buyer changed their mind or no longer needs the product, subject always to mandatory consumer cancellation and refund rights.
For a discretionary exception, please contact the seller within 7 calendar days of payment when practical. We may consider whether account access was activated, whether the service was meaningfully used, whether the request duplicates a prior refund, and the supporting order information. This 7-day request window does not shorten any statutory right or deadline.
3. When you may be entitled to a remedy
We will assess legal remedies where the purchased access was not supplied as agreed, was materially different from its description, failed to work as legally required, or where mandatory cooling-off rules apply. Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate remedy can include making the service conform, providing access, a price reduction, cancellation or a refund.
For UK consumers, a distance-purchase cancellation period can apply. In limited cases involving immediate digital content, loss of a cancellation right requires the specific advance consent, acknowledgement and confirmation required by law; reading this page alone does not waive that right. Rules can differ for a continuing digital service. Your statutory rights are not excluded or restricted by this policy.
4. What to include in a request
To help us locate your order and prevent fraudulent or duplicate claims, please supply:
- The email address used at Payhip checkout.
- Your Payhip transaction or order reference, purchase date and plan purchased.
- A short explanation of the delivery or technical issue, including when it happened.
- Optional, relevant screenshots with passwords, payment details and private business data hidden.
We may reasonably ask for clarification or a chance to resolve a fixable issue. We will not require you to surrender a legal right, provide your password or send your full card number to submit a claim.
5. How to contact us
Use the seller contact information at the bottom of your Payhip receipt or the contact option on your original Payhip product page. Our support page explains how to find these details. We respond based on the information available and review the request against the actual order and applicable law.
6. Refunds and payment disputes
Approved refunds normally return through the original payment provider and payment method, subject to its processing times and applicable law. We may suspend or revoke associated paid access after a full refund. Please contact the seller before opening a payment dispute where feasible, but nothing here removes your rights with your payment provider or under consumer law.
7. Your legal rights come first
Where applicable law grants a longer cancellation window, a refund for non-delivery, a remedy for faulty digital content or another non-waivable protection, that law takes priority over any voluntary-refund conditions above.
