1. About Sponlyra
Sponlyra is a business-management software project offering a public interactive preview of sales, purchases, expenses, inventory, and estimated profit. For any paid purchase, the seller's identity and applicable contact information should be checked on the Payhip offer and checkout. You can also use the seller contact option on the product page before paying, or the details on your receipt after payment.
2. Demo versus paid service
The public demo contains fictional sample business data. Its example sale, restock and expense actions run in your browser, do not transact real payments and are cleared when you reload. Other POS modules shown as locked in the preview are not usable there.
Important: a successful Payhip purchase currently does not automatically provision or activate a live Sponlyra account. The availability, delivery method, actual included modules and access start date for any paid offer must be expressly confirmed by the seller before purchase. Do not input live business records into the preview.
3. Plans, prices and renewals
Displayed offers are Monthly ($39 for 1 month), Quarterly ($69 for 3 months), and Yearly ($99 for 12 months), in USD. These are full one-time checkout amounts, not monthly installments or recurring subscriptions. Any “per month” comparison is arithmetic only. Renewing requires another voluntary purchase; we do not represent that an automatic renewal is active.
Any taxes, payment fees, currency conversion or other legally required charges must be disclosed by the payment provider before you pay. Product labels and amounts at Payhip checkout must match the offer you intend to buy; if not, do not proceed.
4. Payment and delivery
Payhip processes purchases and issues receipts under its applicable payment terms. A Sponlyra thank-you page, receipt or email address alone is not proof of activated POS access. If the stated service cannot be supplied as promised, contact the seller using the details on your Payhip receipt and consult the refund policy.
5. Acceptable use and accounts
Do not misuse the demo, disrupt availability, attempt to bypass restricted modules, scrape sensitive data, infringe intellectual-property rights or use the service unlawfully. If actual customer accounts become available, keep account credentials secure and use only access you are authorized to use.
6. Accuracy and availability
Demo figures, charts and product names are illustrative and are not your business records, financial statements, tax calculations or guaranteed results. We may improve or update the website, and do not promise uninterrupted availability of the public demo. Paid service obligations must follow the actual terms of the purchased offer and applicable law.
7. Refunds and statutory rights
Please read the refund and cancellation policy before ordering. Neither these terms nor the refund policy excludes mandatory consumer protection, remedies for non-delivery, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Ownership and liability
Sponlyra branding, designs and original materials are provided for authorized use. To the extent permitted by law, you remain responsible for reviewing the accuracy of your own business decisions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including relevant statutory consumer remedies.
9. Contact and updates
For purchase-related questions, use the seller contact details provided by Payhip or follow our support instructions. Material policy changes will be reflected by an updated date, and changes will not retroactively remove rights arising from earlier purchases.
